The city of Reile's Acres is located in the flood plain. In order to build within the city, lots must be raised by adding fill.

To find a LOMR please look at the FEMA website.  To find a copy of the LOMR for your property, visit the FEMA Map Service Center at https://msc.fema.gov/portal/search. The City can also provide a copy of this paperwork for a fee of $10 per address.

FEMA - on January 16th 2015 the flood maps for Reiles Acres were updated. On january 17th FEMA revalidated the previous LOMR's for the homes in the city. See the revalidation letter below. Your lender may require this document to avoid having to purchase flood insurance.

During the 2009 flood we had the Engineers shoot the elevations through-out the city. The PDF file below shows the elevations throughout the city.
