6/14/10 Emerald Ash Borer: The emerald Ash Borer has not been found in the area or North Dakota, but has been found in other mid-western states. Residents are recommended to treat any ash trees that they have in their yard with spray that can purchased at local stores. It is important to note that all of the buelevard trees in the 6th addition are ash trees. The city is asking for your help to treat the trees in your yard. 5/5/10: The animal licensing clinic will be held on June 2nd from 5-7pm at the city park shelter. Animal license fees are as follows: June $5, July $10, August $20 per animal. Residents will be required to provide a certificate from their vet that shows their animal is up to date with their rabies vaccination. A monthly fine of $10 will be billed to those residents known to have an unlicensed animal after august. If you are unable to attend the June clinic, please contact JoAnn at 701-281-6149 to obtain a license.
